Stockwire Ltd is a UK digital publisher that builds its own publishing platform and editorial tools.

What we publish

Our first title is Ahornaktien (ahornaktien.de), a German-language information service about listed Canadian companies. It focuses mainly on smaller resource and growth companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange or the Canadian Securities Exchange, many of which also trade in Frankfurt or on Tradegate.

Ahornaktien publishes explanatory guides (for example on Canadian exchanges, German secondary listings, Canadian withholding tax and NI 43-101 technical reports) and factual summaries of company filings, each citing its primary sources. It does not give investment advice, price targets or buy and sell recommendations. [TO CONFIRM: mention news summaries only once the newsroom policy is approved.]

How we build

We are neither an agency nor a personal blog. We build and run our own stack [TO CONFIRM: publish only once the site and the checks are live]:

• a fast, static website that loads no third-party tracking scripts before consent;
• an editorial workflow that ties every factual statement to a verifiable source and its retrieval date;
• automated pre-publication checks that block unconfirmed statements and any wording that could read as an investment recommendation.

Business model

Ahornaktien is free to read. It is funded by display advertising (Google AdSense), labelled “Anzeige”. We do not publish paid referral links to brokers. Companies we cover cannot pay for coverage.
